Thorough and friendly
Dropped my car off for a bit and picked it up. They rotated the tires, changed the oil, and washed it during that time. Everything was done and done well. If you're paying to have your oil changed instead of doing it yourself then it's likely a convenience thing. This place is very convenient and makes sure every box is checked.

My Service Advisor kept me informed throughout the entire process. I have been with this shop through three Hyundai vehicles, and have not had any problems with the service department.
