"Very friendly people that work there."
The check engine light came on our car, and I called for an appointment. They set me up for the next day. They were prompt and had
my car in the shop about an hour. The Supt. told me there was a faulty sensor that they changed. The check engine light was off, so we
headed home. However before we got home, the check engine light was back on. I called the shop, and reported it, and was given another appointment at my convenience . A few days later we returned to the motor company. It took about another hour, and was
told they found a faulty gear around the intake manifold. This appears to have been the problem. Every one that I dealt with was very
friendly, and helpful. It made it a pleasure to do business with them.

"Recall Issues"
I was able to make NEXT DAY service arrangements at Mike Morgan for my 2014 Sonata for two recall issues. Service was completed on both issues promptly and satisfactorily. I doublet I was there even an hour. My preventative engine recall involved a free oil change so I have zero complaints. As an addendum, although I ugh I bought my Sonata in Texas, I think my 2014 Sonata is an exceptional vehicle. I have zero regrets buying my 2014 Sonata and I constantly recommend and hold Hyundai as an excellent choice to my friends and coworkers.

Routine service was completed. Could not find the source of a noise I was hearing in the steering. Made arrangements to return and get a loaner car. Did that a week later. The issue was detected and repaired. Fortunately it was minor. Great service by Dean Graham and the technician.
