Flexible, fast, fair
I heard a scraping noise coming from my vehicle the day before I had to leave for a long drive. Mike & his associate got me in immediately, quickly assessed and fixed an out of place heat shield, and didn’t charge me since it was a minor issue. The flexibility and kind gesture are what will bring me back to Mike’s for future issues!
