Terrible
I went to Millenium Hyundai because I need brakes. They told me it would be $165 an hour. Two hours later they insisted on my payment of almost $1200. When I tried to get an explanation, the arrogant service manager called me stupid, threatened to impound my car and I had to call the police. I’m a 78 year old man who deserves more respect. The manager of the store, after going through bbb, only offered me a credit of $250 for future service. The experience made my blood pressure rise and I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Shame on them and shame on Hyundai for not putting their customers first.
