Elizabeth said the business put the wrong oil in her vehicle after she had asked to have the oil recommended for the vehicle. The did not have the recommended oil and had told her it would be fine for the vehicle. She paid for the service then drove the vehicle about thirty minutes to her area and then paid again to have the oil changed in the vehicle. She would not recommend due to having the wrong oil put in the vehicle and the business not knowing how to open the hood of the vehicle.
