Very unprofessional people and worse service department dealership.
On May 28th I took my Mom's Dodge Durango for diagnostic at MILOSCH'S PALACE CHRYSLER-DODGE-JEEP-RAM dealership and spoke to Brandon Williams. They did the diagnosis for the vehicle saying the found multiple fueling and emissions concerns in the vehicle.. as catalytic converters, O2 Sensors, spark plugs and oil engine leak from oil cooler/filter adapter as well as from propeller shaft joints leaking grease. They never said anything about the vehicle having transmission problems at all.We paid $257.02 that day and decided to wait to do any repairs. After a week of having the diagnosis, the vehicle starting to leak engine oil. Immediately we called the service department at MILOSCH'S PALACE CHRYSLER-DODGE-JEEP-RAM dealership and spoke to Brandon Williams, who suggested me to have the vehicle towed to to their service department and that they would check the vehicle again and let me know of the problem or other issues.. a week after the had the vehicle they texted me saying "Hello Brandon at Milosch Palace dealership. Tech has over looked the vehicle and verified the oil cooler is definitely leaking. Total for a oil cooler would be around 940.00. Please let us know what you'd like to do from here thanks, Brandon Reply STOP to OptOut.i said Hello, yes go ahead with the repair please!! They replied back saying ok thanks will let you know a better eta once i confirm with my tech. I said Ok, like if you guys could get it fix before Friday that would be great! They said I hope that's not a problem but again will let you know asap. I said Alright, I'll be alert!
Well Tuesday June 15th, 3:45pm they texted me saying Vehicle is all set ready for pick up Reply STOP to OptOut.We're here till 6pm today. Any questions please text back. So I ask if I could get the vehicle that day and they said yes we are here till 6 total is $889.40 I replied back I'll be there in a half hour!! Did you guys make sure there's no more oil leak etc?? They never replied back to me. I went to the dealership at the service department and talked to Brandon Williams about what they have repaired to the vehicle they said everything was done right and no more oil leaking etc. While paying for the repairs I ask Brandon if he did make sure everything was done right and didn't have any problem with the transmission etc. He said not to worry everything was perfect. I got in the vehicle, started driving immediately i noticed something was wrong gotbout of it and checked for any oil leaking etc didn't see any. So I jumped back in the vehicle and started driving not even a minute driving off the dealership, again noticed that the vehicle was driving good or would go any faster than 10mph. Stuck in the middle of the traffic on M-24 which is a 55mph speed limit zone at that moment not being able to get aside the road I was closely enough to get hit by a semi-truck. I called Brandon for assistance, he wasn't able to assisted me asap. Putting my life and probably others I decided to turn around and take the vehicle back to see why what's it doing that.. they didn't know what to say. So Brandon ran the computer for the vehicle and said it had some transmission codes at that moment, when I have never had those issues before not even when they gave me the diagnosis on May 28th the first time I took the vehicle there. Now they won't take responsibility for problem of the vehicle and are saying they new the transmission was showing some codes the they I towed the vehicle to their location for the oil leak.. but never ever mentioned any of that to me or my mom.. before they said that the oil cooler leak was definitely a problem .. they messed up my vehicle (transmission) and refuse to fixed. I called the Lake Orion sheriff's for assistance since they wanted to towed the vehicle out of their location as an abandoned vehicle because I refused to take it in those conditions.. they are very unprofessional, they don't care about putting people Iives in dangerous giving back vehicles in worse conditions that they being taking in for repairs at MILOSCH'S PALACE CHRYSLER-DODGE-JEEP-RAM dealership service department.. The General manager Donnie MILOSCH'S absolutely rude and helpless with costumers.. even makes comments saying that he doesn't care to get sued or getting bad reviews.. I paid almost $1000 for the vehicle repair and is giving to me in worse conditions, also knowing the vehicle isn't drivable they would say oh is well repair.. please don't be the next me and go to any of this issues with this type of dealership. I would never ever in my life would recommend MILOSCH'S PALACE Dealership. Go, find somewhere else to get your vehicles repair.
