I requested a mechanic from Mobile Mark come to my home to hopefully solve a problem with my car - a noise that goes away after about 5 minutes of driving. And also the battery was dead. Ryan spent the time to figure out what the problem likely was, assured me that it wasn’t anything that will impact my driving or leave me stranded, which gave me a much better comfort level with the car. I also had the battery replaced. Ryan was very personable and knowledgeable, and I will be taking my car to the shop in the future.
