Long Term Customer
I have had Morty service my vehicles since moving to Chantilly six years ago and have many commendations to share. During the past year both of my vehicles showed symptoms of needed maintenance due to high mileage. Knowing the maintenance history and my spending values, Morty provided excellent advice in replacing both vehicles; advice that could not have been given had he not known and remembered the performance history. I once again experienced the importance and value of finding a good mechanic and sticking with them for the long haul.
On two recent occasions I dropped in un-announced to ask about troublesome noises. In both cases he identified the problems in seconds and made repairs without having to return later; customer service that is hard to find these days. One problem only took five minutes (low fluid) but the other (battery replacement) took 20-30 minutes. Best of all, these services are the minimum required and come at reasonable prices.
