The service and communication throughout the process was key to my understanding of the needs of the service being provided.
As Joe and his team commenced the work and repairs, I was kept informed of what was definitely needed, what might be needed, and what work was actually completed. There were no hidden or unnecessary expenditures associated with the repair work.
The waiting area is/was entertaining as well.
