My loud muffler issue was evaluated. I was taken inside the shop to look at the problem, which was deemed to be the catalytic converter at a price of $1315.00. Everyone here was extremely nice. However, I decided to get a second opinion and took car to the dealer who fixed it for 1/3 of the price because it was NOT the catalytic converter. I know I paid more for labor at the dealer. So just beware of super nice fast talking servicemen and always get 2-3 opinions.
