Made me write a review before I checked the service mounted 4 tires made it not even half way home and had a flat... now they're trying to charge me more... and aren't making this right. Made me leave with a flat... wouldn't help put on my spare.... glad to see how ppl get treated after they pay... my last time using mr tire for anything. Also talked me like I was dumb. I use to be a tech... if there was corrosion I should of been made aware of it before they mounted the tire.
* also 2 tires weren't balanced...
*12/26 Saturday had dropped my car off had 4 tires mounted. Half way home tpms light came on.
*12/28 call before coming in told ok. Show up with a flat and left with a flat and was told I could go some place else I didn't buy the tires from them (tire rack is a partner I got your # from their web site)
Had to go home and change my own flat tire. And come to find out neither my rear tires were balanced...
*12/30 returned with an appointment told it be hr 30. Hr and 15 mins later, car still not touched.
**Not only gave me a defective valve stem
But also didn't balance my tires a service I paid for. And stole 2 hour from me.**
