We were sold a lemon by an untrustworthy dealership. They scammed us twice. Through it all this place and the entire staff was nothing but supportive. They even had to deal with the owner of this dealership harassing them, to which I apologize. These mechanics know their cars and care about their customers. Everything is laid out, printed, documented, there is no shortness of professionalism here. They even will come out to the car with you, listen to your concerns, drive it with you, go the extra mile to make sure they can experience what you are. All concerns are taken seriously and nothing is missed. It's amazing to be able to have such a trustworthy, compassionate team taking care of our car. I'm so happy and ecstatic to say, they fixed my girls lemon camry. It's like a brand new vehicle down to the way it sounds!! It's like the car she dreamed off since day one of buying it from the dealership that scammed her. All the repairs done show on this car and it's fantastic. They really do go above and beyond!
