Failed on every level!
### Hyundai Review

I purchased my Hyundai in 2017 as the original owner, excited to hit the road with just 12 miles on the odometer. However, my experience has been far from what I expected.

Shortly after, I faced significant issues: the transmission failed at 40,000 miles, and the turbo failed at 60,000 miles. I repeatedly reported an oil consumption problem, but despite following their process, Hyundai denied my request for a new engine.

It’s frustrating to know that the 2016-2017 models are known for their engine problems, yet the company refuses to take responsibility. Their customer service has been disappointing, and the warranty process has been a nightmare. I left messages and called Murdock Hyundai multiple times for over a year to address the oil consumption issues and not one time was I called back and when I was able to reach someone directly , they promised me that they would have someone call me back , which they never did. The worst customer service I have ever experienced with any business. Despite having provided all maintenance records, they have been unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns.

In my opinion, these cars are not built to last beyond 100,000 miles. I would strongly advise against purchasing a Hyundai. Consider alternatives like Honda or Toyota, which have proven to offer better reliability and customer service. My experience has been a lesson in how crucial it is to choose a brand that stands behind its products.
