I've been taking my vehicles to MAR for the past three years now. They've always done a great job with my maintenance requests and have informed me of anything else that may need looked at for approval before doing the work. Their prices are reasonable in comparison to other service shops in the area.
They offer a free loner if you book ahead and request one before the service date, which is great if you have to get to work or need to make other appointments while the service is taking place.
The one thing I'd recommend that they improve upon is their online service booking portal. I've booked the appointment twice with the portal but never received a confirmation that the service was approved or booked. So, they need to make sure they're receiving the booking requests and/or making sure someone is checking them regularly to align with their schedule.
Other than that, my experience with them has been positive and the staff is always professional and pleasant to deal with.
