Rip off artists!
BEWARE!!!!! Horrible and a complete rip off. I told them I have a 2004 Volvo S40 with an evap leak code and they said no problem. When I got there I requested a "seasoned" mechanic because of the age of the car. What I have seen nowadays is that the newer mechanics can't fix a car if they don't have a code to tell them how and because of the age of the car. They said "Don't worry, we have 2 of the best both young and old". After about 40 minutes, I got the car back and said they couldn't check the evap leak because the car was too old and they didn't want to break anything and they found another code and issue but they didn't have the Volvo tool to investigate it further or even fix it. Remember: I TOLD THEM THE YEAR MAKE AND MODEL ON THE PHONE!!! The funny thing is that this place comes up as a Volvo repair shop but they don't have Volvo tools to work on them!! They still charged me almost 200.00 for the diag fee. They only reason I paid was so they didn't hold my car hostage. So basically they charged me just to read my codes. FYI, I have my own code reader and I can get that done for free at any auto parts store if necessary AND I told them the codes when I gave it to them!!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone in my entire life. This has been my experience and mine alone...Yours may vary....but BEWARE!!!!!
