Took my Ford F150 over without an appointment. Truck was running rough. Turns out one of the spark plugs had failed and was misfiring. Had a diagnosis by 10:30 am and picked up the truck that afternoon. Very satisfied! Customer service is top notch and the mechanics are fantastic. It's the only place I'll bring my truck for repairs.
