Kuldip said he's gone to the business for over two years. But, this time he spent $65 and they let him drive away without coolant in the engine. If he hadn't noticed, the engine would have overheated fast. Usually, the business is okay.

Just a thought...
I appreciate your business and will be back. However, I feel compelled to say that since you have a sign behind the desk stating that you are not responsible for any loss or theft of items left in the car, I'd appreciate it if when you're done with the service you close the window and lock the car doors. I say this because when I picked up my car, on a 108 degree day, the window was wide open. Thanks for taking that into consideration for your customers!

David said he's been 4 or 5 times, they've been pretty good, and he brings in both the Tahoe and his Nissan Altima. They did the oil change and told him the AC belt was cracked. He approved the AC belt, and the man who he dealt with said since they were changing the AC belt, they might as well change another belt. David stated he was given a good reason for the AC belt, but that wasn't a good reason, he does what he can afford, and he chose not to have the other belt changed. He got great service but he didn't appreciate they tried to sell him another belt. This business is very fast and very good.
