My best experience leasing a car
I had more then a wonderful experience at NEMET HYUNDAI Hillside Ave, Jamaica (144-02 / NY 11435). Some months before I was shopping to lease a new Hyundai Kona, since it was rated as the best utility car. I did all my homework when looking for this vehicle. I looked up and contacted many Hyundai dealerships in Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, but was not satisfied with the prices they pretended and their reviews. Finally, as recommended by a friend of mine, I decided to enter in contact with the salesperson Dwaine of NEMET. I called him and was welcomed. I went to them and, after I noticed that he was a very outright person, I decided to deal with him. I am more then happy that I did. Dwaine was the best and he went over and beyond to make me happy. I never hoped to be so lucky to deal with a salesperson such as him. Dwaine went over everything with me and was very patient. Next was the Finance manager Charles G. Charles was just as amazing. He went over all paperwork explaining everything in detail. I drove away a very happy person paying 10-15% less than requested by previous dealers. I will highly recommend NEMET HYUNDAI to anyone who is looking for a car. As for the car well I ended up with a 2019 Hyundai Kona!!! Love the car it is a beauty!!! Everyone at NEMET HYUNDAI was awesome very friendly and always ready to answer any questions and always have smiles on the faces. Furthermore, lately, when my car was accidentally hit while parked, I found Dwaine to be again of a great assistance. He recommended me to do the repair at the next door PRO BODY SHOP Hillside Ave, Jamaica (144-02 / NY 11435), where I met Avi, another wonderful sale person, who, with his staff, did a wonderful and quick job making the car same as brand new! Now that is what you call CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! 5 STARS !!!
