Justin and his crew are 100% professional!!!! Took my 2008 Honda accord to three other mechanics and they could not diagnose the problem!! This went on for close to Three years!! Went to neo automotive spoke to Justin owner/operator and he assured me he would diagnose my car and assured me my car would not leave his shop until my Honda was fixed!!!!!! I don’t have much experience with car repairs, but I can say with 1000% confidence that no one can match the level of service and care that I received from Justin at Neo! My car wasn’t drivable and he showed up on a holiday to diagnose and did what repairs that he could on the spot. He also arranged towing to his shop and my car was up and running the very next day. I didn’t have to stress about a thing. Justin is honest, incredibly courteous and genuinely cares about his customers. And to top it off, the final bill was very reasonable. As I am newer to the area, it’s reassuring to have found NEO Automotive! I couldn’t be happier!

I had an issue on my truck with the belt. I called to see if they can help me out. They say if I could bring the truck so they can diagnose it which I did as soon as I arrive they were very attentive. They help me out with an issue when they saw the problem they address it to me and explain what could be done to fix it, I didn’t took more than an hour and a half and they were very honest and very and they did a very good job. I’m really happy that I went there and had a great experience and customer service was top notch. Thank you
