Just called to get junk price for a car. Dan or Don ended up giving good mechanical advice along with history of motor in question. Very impressed will call and visit again.

Thank you for the feedback. We do work hard to do the right thing for our customers. We buy vehicles from new wrecked to end of life. On some of the end life stuff, there is a parts demand and for some they are looked at as just scrap. We like to talk with people and sometimes that leads to a conversation like this. Dan said since they have a new phone system upgrade, it makes it hard to get a hold of people. He said he had to order after market parts somewhere else. He chose not to elaborate on which other vendors he uses.

Thank you for the feedback. This has been an area of emphasis to improve for many years at our company. The volume is quite high at times. Our new system is coming around as we adjust our system and the training of representatives to match the demand. We have internal reporting that is being used and we know there are some areas and times we need to improve. We appreciate the volume coming our way and will do our best to show continuous and steady improvement in this area with Nordstrom's 2.0 our next generation facility, which was completed in 2018. Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate you seeing the value in what we do and be patient as we train up new staff and work on the phone system with Nordstrom's 2.0. Buisness is strong and we are working to match the need. We have had some wait times that are longer and we are working to fix that. Thank you for being a customer and caring to comment. Our records don't show them that long, but they are too long we know.

Vernon said the people treat him good and if there's an issue, they adjust it. The representative is good but their phone system could be better because sometimes he's on hold for 30 minutes. This vendor does not deliver so he uses UPS service.

Steve said he always has really good luck with this business. The sales representative takes care of everything. He has no worries. The parts work and the delivery is good. He chose not to elaborate on other businesses used, but stated this business is called first. If, they do not have the part, other businesses are called.
