Crooks!
We bought a car for $6100 and right after we drove it off the lot, the right front of the car started putting off a burning smell, and the brakes were soft and dangerous. We took the car to another dealership, and were told there were $5400 of fixes needed to make the car safe to drive. The timing belt was about to crack, the motor mounts were collapsed, the struts were leaking, the alignment was burning through a tire, the car was overheating. I could go on. We asked for a refund based on the implied warranty law and the manager refused. Once we fixed all of the urgent items, we spent $7045 in fixes plus the $6100 to purchase the vehicle; this is a 12 year old car worth around $4500 today. These people are the worst kind of crooks!
