All of the staff were friendly & helpful. The waiting room was clean, well furnished, & light refreshments provided. Enjoyed having tv on a channel I enjoyed. All together a great & restful visit.

I was a walk-in on a Saturday but Daniel was super quick to help me in the service drive. He was able to explain in a way that I would understand what was going to be done with my car. He followed-up throughout the day to let me know the next steps and was extremely thorough. Christian in Parts was also very attentive to ensure I received the best service possible. He always goes the extra mile and I always leave very impressed with him. My experience at your dealership was above and beyond

"Best Service Experience Ever "
I checked in with Alex and he was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the computers went down that morning and my service was delayed. I can't blame anyone for that as they were apologetic and those things are not anyone's fault. When the computer was reset my car was immediately taken care of and I was called several times with updates. A shuttle was sent later that day to enable my auto pickup. Lastly (since Alex was already gone for the day) I was greeted by Chelsea. I could not have been any more satisfied with her professionalism and she really added a positive spin on my experience. I really had no idea that a service department could be this fabulous. I will be returning here 100%.
