"Service Reps very helpful."
Excellent service from the moment I arrived at the service department. Very helpful when I was leaving and I had to have the battery replaced for my key. The service rep showed me where to go and stood by so that I got whatever I needed. Overall great experience.

"In and out service"
The only disappointing service was the shuttle. I was told it is provided within a 10 mile radius. After waiting over 45 minutes I had to ask whats taking so long and told it would be another 30 minutes the shuttle was in Chino, CA... well over 10 mile radius
I called a co-worker to pick me up, I waited in total over an hour

"It’s location "
It would be nice that the service schedule is not pushed out so far, I purchased a new Vehicle and one or two of the tires need to be rebalanced because it shakes in the Hwy but it can only be done on the weekdays and that doesn’t fit my schedule, not cool.!
