"The usual conciencious, courteous service"
I had my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country 4000 mile service at Palmer Automotive and as usual the service was completed promptly and competently. I had an appointment and Nick the service coordinator greeted me when I walked in the door and the vehicle was immediately taken for service. The service was completed quickly and I was on my way. I have the utmost confidence in Palmer Automotive. I appreciate the way my vehicle and I are treated. Friendly first class. Thanks.

"Go the extra mile."
Palmer always goes the extra mile for me. They answer all my questions, no matter how small or stupid they may sound. Keep me informed of what they have done and what needs to be done.

Roger said the service was great. The staff didn't charge him for anything, and kept the vehicle overnight. They ran a diagnostic and discovered the battery was the problem. He's used this facility many times.

"Customer Service is Fantastic!"
They took the time to see the difference in 2 batteries for my car. One didn't fit properly so they had to go with the one that did & unfortunately was more expensive. And I like the fact they are able to take me home if the service time is more than 2 hours.

"Honesty and interest"
A big thanks to the folks who repaired my 2002 Mustang. I've never been disappointed in their service.
