Said replacement part was over $400 BUT he could get one for a little over $200. That part is in fact easily and readibly available online for $75 from multiple sources. He makes his money on excessive parts mark up AND he charges a stiff (but competitive price) for labor.
First time there to get our Honda van fixed and they did an amazing job. Hope I don't need to go back soon, but they have for sure earned my business the next time I need to have something done to any of our vehicles. Great team, fair prices, and they did everything that they said they were going to do in the same time or less than they estimated.
Pete said basically everything was okay, but the service warning light is still on for some reason. This didn't get turned off and is taking the vehicle back for this.

Jim said the business provides good service. He took his vehicle in to have his shocks changed and they said it was not necessary. He said they could have changed them anyway and he would not have been the wiser.
Wendy said she did not have an appointment so she was happy they were able to take her vehicle in quickly. They explained everything to her and gave her good feedback.
Hello, Now that I've driven the car a few days, I'm a little disappointed in the the fact that The car still goes "clunk" when shifting, as if there is still a "bad" motor mount. I know you replaced the lower mount that you said was broken in half but the dealer initially said the upper mount and "dog bone" strut mount need to be replaced. Do you think we need to do more? I guess I should bring it back in so you can drive it.
