Subaru is the BEST and Parker Subaru is like family
I rolled in to Parker Subaru with my daughter ...entertaining a thought about maybe buying a new car. It certainly wasn’t going to happen that night... and a test drive probably wasn’t either. It was 6:30... maybe even 6:40 and they were to close at 7. We drove around the lot to see if we could find a cross trek with a sun roof. We didn’t. Then as we made our way through the last batch of Subaru’s I saw the most beautiful forester. I stopped the car to get out and read the specs and peek in the windows. That’s when we met Brett. He greeted us kindly and was simply available for questions... he was not pushy at all, but rather relatable and empathetic to our reasons for wanting a new vehicle. When we asked if we could test drive he had no reservation. We fell in love with the car immediately: we knew it was “the one “but I needed to check in with my husband ... I didn’t hear back from Geof until we were 1/4 of the way back to Sandpoint. Parker was now closed, but I called Brett anyway. Brett was on his way home after a very long day, but he turned around to meet us back at Parker way after hours. The process was smooth and simple , everything was explained thoroughly and efficiently to us and we happily drove back home in Black Betty. We narrowly escaped hitting a very large moose who appeared out of nowhere on the last winding road before home. I am thinking that the safety features (automatic braking before a collision) might have made the difference.
