Kenneth said the business was incredibly helpful, they explained what to expect during the repair process. When he first got there they took photos of his vehicle, in the following days he received text messages about the status of the repairs. He said when he picked up his vehicle it was cleaner than when he dropped it off. They had even detailed it, which really was not necessary, but it was appreciated.

Tamara said the employees at this business did a good job on her vehicle. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready sooner than it was but there was an issue with an ordered part. She was okay with the wait because she had the rental vehicle. She would go quite a few days without getting an update and had to call them herself. The employees were really nice and she was satisfied overall.

Spoke with George. He said the employees at this business were courteous and prompt. When they had a problem, they called him and talked to him about it. There was a one day delay in completing his vehicle, because when they got in there they found some additional damage.
