Liars, shady, messed up my vehicle. doesnt even run anymore.
Where to start with this Mickey Mouse operation they have going on in what they call "car care center" I had brought my vehicle in to be hooked up to a scanner, and have the crankshaft position sensor synced with the PCM. Because thats what you have to do on GM vehicles when you install a new crankshaft position sensor. But every " Mechanic" they had there said you did not have to. Anyway. Pete i believe was the "Mechanic" that was assigned to simply sync the sensor with the PCM. Well ol Pete had what looked like a VCM SCANNER/PROGRAMMER hooked up to my Tahoe, and he began pushing buttons, which then developed a completely different problem that i did not have when i pulled into the parking lot.. Which then turned 10 minute job, into an hour and 45 minutes of what felt like watching the circus with all these clowns try and figure out what ol pete did to my truck, Because at this point it cannot even stay at idle, without shutting off. At this point none of the employees will make eye contact with me. because they knew ol pete had done something wrong to my truck. when they were finally finished with my truck, i now had the option of trying to get my truck out of the parking lot without it stalling, or just simply unplug the MAF sensor. that suddenly just took a shit while ol pete was mashing buttons on what looked like a VCM SCANNER/PROGRAMMER - But rest assured, the 14 year veteran "mechanic" with the scullet swore up and down that ol pete in fact did not do anything to my truck, and he just drove it around the block and it runs great.which was complete bullshit. Which leaves me with one question for the tiger king looking dude that works in the front office. I you guys did not do any damage, or change anything with the tuning, of my vehicle to make it run like a bag of shit. and you performed the tasks that were originally asked. and the MAF sensor going out was just pure coincidence, Then why would i not have a bill to pay? your supposedly did a service that was requested, and you did it right. There should be a bill to pay. am i wrong? Or you guys just work for free. At the end of the day i left there with more problems with my truck and i originally had gone there for in the first place. these guys are shady, dont know what they are doing. and dicks.
