brought my car in with the backup lights not working. I was told the "BCM" Body Control Module was out and it would be about $1000. They said they ran a test wire to the fixture and it was the BCM out. They charge me $48.95 for this analysis. I did not get it fixed. Later I take the car back in for a fluid leak and the reverse lights. They fix the reverse lights by replacing a fuse and tell me the fluid leak is from 3 places and about $2000 to repair. They say they have no record of telling me its a BCM For the reverse lights. I show the invoice with the $48.95 charge and a BCM recommendation. so Billy says "thats what is was then but now it was the fuse and would not even refund the $48.95. Looks to me like they wanted "about $1000" to replace a fuse on that visit. I did not say yes to the "about $2000" for the "3" leaks. Criminal in my mind.
