First routine oil change
The service department experience was exceptional. I went to ask how everything went with my car and the manager came over right away and explained everything. They told me my palisade was up next to be washed and I asked them not to as I only do hand wash for the car. He walked me over to show me that they only do hand washing at Hyundai which put me at ease. I was impressed that the manager took the time and cared that I left satisfied.
