Great service
Went in with low tire pressure. It ended up having a nail in sidewall. Thankfully I had tire and wheel policy. It was approved very quickly. Plus they did a spur of moment oil change...I was in and out in about an hour!

Purchased my car there
My intent was to get an oil change and ended up spending more due to cost of filters, oil change and new battery! But I understand my car is over the 50,000 mile range so all is good overall. However for the price of $302 it looks like a vacuum would have been included 👍🏼

Each and every time I take my car in for service I am met by a service rep who asks what kind of service do I need and I can either wait for the sevice or get a ride back to my room 'I choose to wait in the customer lounge and they notify me when the car is ready.. The service personal are real pros at what they do' a great group of service personal..

service adequate. timing for simple software was 1:45, far too long for a simple update. clearly maintenance was working on something else for the majority of my wasted time. update probably actually took only a few minutes- including unwrap/reap time........

Good Morning

First let me apologize for the service you received. There is no excuse for leaving hand prints in your vehicle. And I have spoken to the advisor about paying attention to detail, better in order provide you with your request like seeing your old dust filter or and old part your might have replaced. If it is not to much of a inconvenience and you have the time I would like to have your vehicle cleaned and fill you tank with fuel to compensate you for the additional trip to the dealership.
