I made no appointment just showed up they were very professional with everything, they got me all fixed up did my oil change rotated my tires and told me that I had an in cabin air filter that needed to be changed and showed me, I didn't even know it existed. Friendly staff. Able to get car serviced quickly.
When we bought our Elantra, during the actual BUYING PROCESS, ALL YOU HEAR are the words "5 year, 60,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty." You never hear those words after the sale. From the point of sale forward the customer has to work those words into the 'conversation.' A driver side window control switch went out on our car and during the appointment making process I found that during back and forth text messages and over the phone conversations with the Service department I finally had to state the following words: "I NEED TO HEAR the words that this is covered under the 5 year, 60,000 mile warranty." I had inquired about this at least twice before. Even with texting those words the response was 'it looks like it will be covered,' PAUSE, 'We'll have to confirm it's a valid claim according to the warranty.' Even people who aren't born yet know that if you have caused an item to fail out of careless/destructive/idiotic use then it is probably not being going to be covered. Please coach sales and service people to use the words "5 year, 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty" before, during and AFTER the sale, and to avoid words indicating that the customer is possibly an uneducated, unsophisticated, uninformed, schemer, scammer, idiot type who thinks that if they damage their car in any manner whatsoever that the dealership will fix it no questions asked. I realize that all marketing and associated communication has to assume that you're dealing with the lowest common denominator (stupid humans) but it should NOT be the 1st assumption in ALL cases. You might just be dealing with someone is honest, "above board," is fair, and expects the same from others. Thanks! I hope I helped make everyone a little sharper regarding how to interact with customers so they keep buying your products with less headaches all around. Hyundai makes good cars.

Why in the world did we receive our car back with green crayon melted into my passenger seat. I understand completely you have to take things out of the console if you're fixing a certain part of the car but if it's a crayon don't put it on the seat when it's summer.
