Service after the sae
Bought a used car, salesman said he would mail plates to Jacksonville. Received a note in the mail weeks later saying "come get your plates ", I called the dealership and explained they were to be mailed, that we didn't get to Tyler much, the lady in the business office was very very rude and stated that they don't mail them and that the salesman was new and not trained well. I asked to speak to the manager to see if we could work something out, and 2 weeks later I got a phone call saying that they would mail them, but if they got lost, it was my responsibility, everyone I spoke to was very rude and misinformed. I finally said I would just come get them. I told them I would be there on December 23, please just have them ready. When I got there that day and walked into the hyundai building, 3 men were at their desk, not one of them stood up to greet me. Finally one man put his phone down long enough to say, can I help you, I explained I was there to pick up my plates, and he very rudely stated he didn't know what I was, talking about ,another man did put his phone down and said he'll check on it,,, I stood in the office for 10 minutes, watching the men scrolling on their phones, neither of them said a word to me. I went and sat in my car and called hyundai, asked to speak to a manger. Finally someone got on the phone and explained that they couldn't find the plates. About 30 minutes of being tossed around from person to per, they found them. Not one person from Patterson Hyundai apologized or got off their phones to try to make anything right. Service after the sale is just not Patterson Hyundai of Tyler's priority!!!
