We rented a car for the Las Vegas airport and were driving I-15 to Bryce Canyon when our rental car got a flat. We called AAA for a tow but it took forever and they sent the truck to the wrong location. We called Tunex because they were the closest service station and while they could not dispatch a tow truck, they were extremely helpful, located a tow company for us and assured us that once the rental was towed to their facility, they’d have us back on the road asap. Once we finally got there, Rabbit and the team could not have been nicer or more helpful! They were honest, friendly, and got a tech right on our car to get us back on the road in about an hour or so. They also checked all the other tires on the rental and found they were overinflated (which could have caused the sidewall damage to the flat) and corrected the pressure. Got us back up and running so we could continue our vacation and make it to Bryce before the sun went down. Great guys!
