THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEW MR. DAVIS, UNFORTUNATELY WE FAILED ON EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHAT WAS DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE. IN DETAIL, YOURVEHICLE WAS TOWED IN NOT RUNNING DUE TO THE FACE THE STARTED WAS NOT SEATED IN TRANSMISSION. AFTER OUR TECHNICIAN ADDRESSED THE ISSUE:HE EXPLAINED TO US, THE STARTER WAS REPLACED NOT TOO LONG AGO, BUT THE PREVIOUS INSTALLATION WAS BUTCHERED AND THEY DAMAGED THE MOUNTING HOLES. ALSO NOTED THE TRIED TO FIX AND INSTALL A HILICOIL, WHICH WAS ALSO DONE IMPROPERLY CAUSING THE STARTER TO FALL OUT. FOR US TO FIX THE ISSUE, WE HAD TO REMOVE THE DAMAGED HILICOIL, RESIZE THE MOUNTING HOLES AND RE THREAD THEM, PLUS GET NEW GRADE 8 BOLTS.
