Out of Warranty Services
I will agree if your vehicle is in warranty, within 100,000 miles, you will be fine here. Also, Mark is an awesome sales person

After 100,000 miles, do not go to any Phil Long Dealership. They will not replace your oil. Mine was low every time I left. I had to have multiple quarts added every time. I believe brit and mike continued to assist me with this. Next after having my brakes replaced at Big O 2 weeks later they said I needed new ones when I went to get a service. I went to a 3rd mechanic that confirmed my brakes were brand new. The same is the case with tires. They will not do the multiple point inspection. After a year of having brakes replaced by then, I needed new ones, I don’t know if they didn’t replace them or it was the alignment they continuously failed to check, stating I was good every time. Last air filters. I was told I needed a new one. This was after I replaced it, a week prior with a k and n air filter. FYI a k and n is reusable and cleaned with a kit. It doesn’t not require replacement and any decent me mechanic can verify this. Ultimately I have thought about going to see a lawyer as I wasted my money in the service coupon book. Everyone has a job though, and taking time away from mine to prove a point is almost impossible as with most people. DONT BUY THE COUPON BOOK OR TRUST THEM WITH SERVICE JNTIL THEIR WORK AND SERVICE MORALS CHANGE.

I waited a while to post this as I do not want ant repercussions. .
