"Great Service Front Desk"
I spent two hours for a safety recall service as well as a brake check and overall maintenance assessment. I added two maintenance tasks to the service time.

The gentlemen at the check in desk were outstanding. The two gentlemen were personable and nice. 'Nice' matters to me. I appreciate their honesty and recommendations. They took the time to explain why I should use OEM parts - especially an oil filter. There is a reason that I go to Jiffy Lube - it is the "Jiffy" part. Now I will take a Hyundai-specific oil filter with me. There were also honest in what recommended maintenance I should have done based upon what they saw in my car rather than what the Hyundai party line said I should do. They saved me money. This will make me a return customer to the dealership.

My service was completed in less time than I had anticipated. I enjoyed a nice nap in my comfy chair and still returned to work at a reasonable time.

Provide a shuttle service. Partner with another Phil Long dealership at Motor City to stop at the Hyundai dealership for customers. This is my major complaint with your dealership. All of my service experiences have been very positive.

John was my service advisor & has been in the past as well. He is always very pleasant & informative .i went in for my oil change & told him the check engine light had come on. Of course they checked into it. He gave me a very detailed explanation as to what was wrong and how they fixed it. You always make sure I know upfront what my costs are going to be before they start any work. I really appreciate his pleasant and professional manner .
