Considering the lack of concern and response from the Phil Long Dealer Crew, i offered a Google review two months ago pertaining to the poor service and care of our recent auto purchase discrepancies (delivered - with broken windshield then being replaced with faulty aftermarket parts, filthy w/out being Detailed, and unprofessionalism of Charles' sales tactics and practices), to which Phil Long responded, to again, "contact us at social@phillong.com so we can work towards a resolution." and "address it as quickly as possible." - I followed Phil's instructions 2x since, still having no response to date.

Where have the honorable business practices disappeared to... 🤔 😏
