Very good service department service my vehicle and a professional and expedient manner. Also let me know what needed to be done by calling me and contacted me on my computer before any work was done which was greatly appreciated. The representative who took care of my service needs was very professional very polite and did exactly what I asked him to do with my vehicle he is among the best

Very impressive check in, have no idea why they make appts. You are queued up no matter what time your appt is. Seems to me that it lacks coordination

the help I received was exceptional. there was a difference in what was quoted me over the phone and the bill I was receiving. She took care of it and gave me the price I had been told.....people make mistakes but having someone willing to go the distance to make it right is an asset to the business. there is nothing that can hurt a business more than an unhappy customer and the ability to tell so many ...but when treated fairly and stand by and care.....great job

Hyundai Warranty and Service Personnel are Excellent
I brought in my Sonata with a loss of power issue and the service folks found warrantied failures of the engine. It was running but waiting to fail. Dee at the service counter quickly processed all the paperwork. She and her manager got approval for full warranty replacement of the engine. The engine was ordered and quickly installed. The whole process took 6 days. Excellent people and service.
