"Excellent Full Service For My Hyundai -- Wish They Were Closer To Where I live"
Have been very pleased with this service facility every time I've used them. If they were closer to where I live I would use them for most service on my two Hyundais. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service team. Comfortable place to wait while my car is serviced. A little more expensive than my local service shop but worth it for things beyond oil change and tire rotation and to keep an eye out for preventative maintenance items.

I was greeted promptly upon arrival for my service appointment. Was treated courteously and service did not take as long as I had expected. I was on my way home in no time at all. It was a pleasant experience.

"Mixed oil change with recall"
Scheduled both oil change and recall on Wed for Thursday. Was told it would be about 1.5 hours, but took 5 hours. I think because I took the free shuttle, there was no rush. Normally I wait at the center and service is usually faster than expected. Probably won't mix services in the future.

Normally communications and "customer care" has been outstanding. Good this time.

"Great Service Advisor"
I had been to this dealership before for service and swore I would never return. I had a recall so thought there shouldn't be any issues. I was pleasantly surprised with the quickness of the service. I also had a part that needed replacing under warranty. I made an appointment to return in a few days and once again, pleasantly surprised. Tommy Dean was fantastic and he was the reason I would return and give it another chance.

The process for customers entering and waiting to be taken care of is very poor. There are 4 or 5 stations with people sitting there and no one pays attention to recognize you have entered. Need to improve this to make it better.
