I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY 2014 HYUNDAI SANTA FEE !! A CHECK ENGINE CAME ON ! THEY TOOK IT RIGHT IN AND FIXED IT !! THEN CALLED BACK ANOTHER DAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE !! GREAT STAFF !! I'LL PROBLY BUY MY NEXT CAR THERE !! GOD BLESS !!

After my unsatisfactory experience, Chris called me personally to explain and apologize for what happened that day. I really appreciated the personal touch and you could tell that he really cared that I was upset. He made it right and told me how the new facility that is coming soon would allow for better service and amenities and would likely eliminate the issues of long wait times. Based upon this, I will give them another try and I’m excited to see how it will improve.

Wait times
I've come here for the last 8 years with my Toyota and now my Hyundai. I have never been to another dealership or any other auto shop where I have to wait 2 hours with an appointment for 1 simple service to be completed. It's outrageous.

Thanks for the review.  I appreciate the time we had discussing your experience.  We are in the final stages of our new facility that will allow a much better customer service experience.  We can and will do better.  We were training a new advisor that day and he failed to create your ticket for the shop.
