Communication gap
P&M didn't communicate well. I didn't realize they wouldn't even get to the basic diagnostic for another 4 & 1/2 hours, so I waited in the lobby, only to find out they wouldn't finish my transmission flush until 6 &1/2 hours after arrival "in between other customers" (They didn't tell me this) Basically, I waited in the lobby all day when they could have simply told me they were backed up and advised me to find a ride home. They also tried to pressure-sell every optional additional service--from my A/C to my cracked windshield, battery, tires (supposedly not holding air which wasn't true--Les Schwab checked), and oil change--none of which I had asked for. Make sure you call your bank to increase your credit limit before you come too--they're the most expensive place in town.
