When entering the facility, one is immediately greeted with friendly faces and expert service people who are interested, not only in the service of your car, but also in your comfort. Another thing is that they keep you abreast of what is happening with your car whilst the technician is working on it and the definitely let you know what the problem is and more importantly, what the cost will be. Those are things that are much appreciated along with the fact that you are not paying for something that is not needed. The honesty of the service person I have worked with is definite a big plus and says a lot for the Hyundai reputation. As a female senior lady, this is most welcome in this fast paced age of technology where politeness seems to have gone out the window. Thank you for keeping it in your shop.!!! God bless each one of you as you minister to others in your capacity.

I think Pohanka Hyundai is great for their customer service. When I had a complaint, it was immediately resolved and I felt comfortable talking with them. I've always liked their customer service, except for one incident and that was handled quickly and professionally.
