They offered to fix the car for $3,400 but also noted that they didn’t work with Carshield and reiterated that water damage wouldn't be covered.

I specifically asked if water damage from the air conditioning system would be covered, and to my surprise, they confirmed that it would be if it was indeed related to the AC.
