I went in to PF VW with the intention of simply servicing my 2012 Passatt that I purchased at this location several years back. I left with a newer Passatt that had a 100,000 miles LESS than my old one and ZERO buyers remorse. Probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Nick Nivette was the main factor. Nick was extremely knowledgeable on the nuances of each car and model as he has personally owned several models of VWs. I felt very comfortable working with Nick and never once felt pressured by him.
