Best service I've found in Omaha. Great customer service. Willing to listen and address what needs addressed. ALL of the employees are friendly and cordial. Jason at the front desk is AWESOME

This customer has been to our shop 2 times for diagnosis on 2 different complaints. He came in once in April of 2017 and we diagnosed his vehicle with a plugged catalytic converter which he declined the repair. The second time he came in was to look at an oil pan issue and he was NOT charged to look at! We are not sure what the issue was that resulted in the low score. We may not have understood what the customer was trying to achieve with the language barrier.

"Murano Axel repair"
We have been receiving great service of our vehicles and continue to have top notch service. We also have great confidence that our vehicle is in the right hands. The staff takes care of the Nissan Murano our daughter drives to school and work. Just recently, Powers Automotive repaired both front axels all in one day, and it was all done correctly. We dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at 5pm. They aim to please every customer every time.
