"Excessive time wait"
My only complaint is that I had to wait for a month to get my service done since I needed for my vehicle to be picked up since I am in Salisbury. This is the second time I have had to wait quite a while. The last time I scheduled I had to wait, so this time I made sure I called in plenty of time to get my car serviced before my mileage was up, but due to the excessive wait I was over. If I had known this was going to be a problem we probably would not have purchased the Preston For Life program which requires my oil changes, etc. to be done there.
