Follow to issue
After speaking with the service manager and service writer they were able to resolve issues and vehicle is currently being repaired. That have kept up good communication with me while in the shop so far. Thank you for improving the issues. We will definitely use y’all in the future.

Horrible
Need to improve customer service and repair ethics

Spoke with guest directly. explained the processes that must be done in order to be able to move forward with the repair. Explained the delays in parts availability once the authorization is given. Then, after the repair, the engine failed a 2nd time at which point the process started over again. Now, his engine light is on a 3rd time. They are frustrated with the whole experience as well as communications. We are sending them a vehicle and picking up theirs. they have ageed to give us a 3rd opportunity to get their vehicle repaired correctly. They have agreed to re-submit the survey, and i have agreed to give them their next 3 services at no charge.
