As of Monday November 9th 2020 I had dropped off my 1996 Nissan 240sx to be fully diagnosed and repaired. I spoke with Dennis (Part Owner, Manager) and gave him my concern of my vehicle that it had been stolen a couple weeks prior at my apartment complex. I gave him the keys to my Vehicle and the keys to my Steering Wheel lock. In addition I showed him where I had installed a Killswitch on the vehicle, as it was hidden to deter theives from stealing it. He guaranteed my car would be safe and they would handle it to the best of there ability. I chose this shop because the reviews online seemed very legitimate.
On November 10th I get a text message from Dennis saying that my vehicle is MISSING and is not there parked in front of there shop. He furthermore explains that my car was parked in front of there shop and that it is considered public parking with no cameras. He explains that he would not take responsibility for my stolen vehicle. I have texted him several times in regards to what type of insurance the shop has as it was in his possession and there auto insurance should take responsibility for this issue. This shop had my vehicle and knew my nightmare concerns.
I am beyond angry as how terrible there professionalism is and how they handled this situation. I am seeking justice for my vehicle as it is there responsibility as the car was in there possession knowingly. I have reason to believe that this was an inside job. I will be making legal action if the car isn't found soon.
