Oil change issue
Decided I would try the new auto service in Swartz Creek I believe in keeping local money local. At the time I set my appt for oil change I requested 5W20 full synthetic, as per manufacturer recommendations. At the time of my appointment I again requested 5W20 full synthetic to the person doing the service. Service was performed in timely manner, when it was time to pay the tech said he put 0W20 in the vehicle I stated I wasn’t happy with that, I questioned why he did when I specifically requested 5W20 and it’s also clearly stamped on fill cap. My question is does your buisness only have 1 viscosity of oil? I question myself if I should trust you with more extensive repairs?

We appreciate you giving us a shot and supporting local business. It sounds like we might have missed the mark this time with your oil change, and I'm sorry for any confusion with the viscosity. We definitely want to keep your engine happy and running smoothly. To answer your question, we typically have a range of oil viscosities in stock, but it seems like we slipped up here. We understand why this would make you question our expertise for bigger repairs, and we want to assure you that your trust is important to us. We take feedback like yours seriously and will use it to make sure we sharpen our game. Also, we will reach out and offer a free oil change at your next service.  If you have any further concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
