Horrible Company no integrity, Bad service.
They damaged my oil pan and wanted to argue on if they were responsible for the repairs. They did over $530.00 In damage and still charged me $46.00
They were supposed to do an oil change. The mechanic that was working on it used a 12 point wrench instead of a six sided socket. He stripped out the oil plug. Then rather than get the plug out with proper tools for a stripped plug he tried a crescent wrench which rounded it off more. Then him and another shop helper beat a smaller socket onto the plug which rounded it off even further. They finally got the plug out by welding something to it. Afterwords they told me it was all done and charged me for the oil change. I drove to the edge of the parking lot and decided to double check there work and looked at my oil pan. The pan was very bent up and damaged. My wife and I went back inside showed them the damage and they just wanted to refund the oil change. After 45 minuets of arguing they agreed to buy a new pan but wanted to leave me stranded for two day's to have it installed. I was on vacation with no other form of transportation. They wouldn't even give me a ride to the condo I was renting or offer a rental car. I did get the pan but I am being told by my mechanic at home it is over $350 to have it installed. I got no apology and my vehicle that I have taken immaculate care of is now damaged. I couldn't believe they had the BBB emblem on there window. What should have been a 20 Minuit oil change became a nightmare that in the end will cost me hundreds. I come to Texas every year because the people are so friendly. This is the first bad experience I have ever had in this state. Horrible people with a horrible business.
