Tire rotation
The gentleman at the front was so knowledgeable and kind to me! I explained that I bought tires a couple years ago, but I had never had them rotated. He explained why I should rotate them, in a kind way, and it made me want to do it for the future! Plus, the wait was way shorter than expected!
