Not the best experience
First, I would like to start off that it has taken over a week for me to decide to write a review.

The first time taking my truck there was for a simple tire mounting. Seemed to be good so I decided to have them look at my truck for a oil leak. Dropped my truck off and after a few hours I got a call telling me my oil pan gasket needed to be changed. Well, wanted it fixed decided to go ahead and have them do this which was a $750 charge. They had the truck for another day to get it completed. Once I picked up my truck and brought it home the leak was still there, if not worse. I called them back and they told me to bring it down. Well I was then told that the employee who fixed it had to be let go, due to shoddy work. I completely get sometimes we can't control those that work for us, so I gave them the benefit of doubt. They inspected the truck and said the leak was coming from the front main seal, which was going to be another $300 charge. I said it didn't seem right that I was paying for something that should have been fixed in the first place. I explained while waiting on my tires to be mounted, that a lady couldn't afford brakes to be done on her van so I paid for them as I try to do good things in the community. The individual I was dealing with was the same person I paid for the brakes. So, they knocked it down $50. Still didn't think it was right, but I just wanted my truck fixed.

Well I figured the last time would be a one time deal and that they deserved another shot. A year later I had a coolant leak and couldn't find where it was coming from and decided to try them again, second chance and had no one else I knew of to use. After dropping it off they had decided it was coming from the radiator and it needed to be replaced. Which would be $1,000 charge. Drove it home that night to wake up to it still leaking and even worse. I called them back the next day and they told me to bring it down. So three hours later they said it was just the lower radiator hose and needed a different hose clamp, which is the only work they performed at that time, due to older hose possibly not able to get it in the same spot to create a good seal Low and behold I get it home and it is STILL leaking, so I figured it was easy enough and decided to get a new lower radiator hose and new clamps, I mounted them, put new fluid in and was still leaking. I called them and explained that it was leaking and something just wasn't right. I was directed to bring it down the next day. After another day of them having it I went to pick it up and was told that the leak was actually coming from the heater core line that was loose. They put a clamp on it and it stopped the leak. I explained, please don't tell me I didn't just pay for a new radiator when it was just a $2 clamp. He said he didn't know because he didn't do the first diagnostic. I tried to give them every chance to make it right but they charged me $1750 for repairs on my truck that didn't have to happen. I am disappointed in the service and the ownership of how it was handled.

If it wasn't for the first situation and then taking it back to them this time for the radiator leak and them telling me there was something else wrong when it wasn't the issue just tells me there is a disconnect in their knowledge. Also, to not make it right and offer to refund me some of the money is unacceptable. They were completely non cholent about the whole thing. I hate writing these negative reviews, but at this point I think it is necessary.
