Spoke with Jose. He said this business has done nothing but good work for him. They have decent prices and good warrantees. Alex is always nice and the owner is pleasant to talk to. They drop off and pick up his vehicle. There have never been any hassles.

David said he took his vehicle in a couple of times for the same problem and he was told that it was one thing the first time but then another on his next visit. He was charged for work on both visits and he was also quoted two different prices for same issue. He hasn't driven his vehicle enough yet to see if issue as been fully fixed.

"Great service as usual"
Check engine light came on a while ago and items identified by scanner were replaced. A few weeks later light came on again and gave same reading for parts that were just replaced. It was initially though that the new part may have been defective, but some good investigative work by the mechanic Scott, discovered a vacuum leak, which was not easy to locate, especially based on the scanner read out. A new hose was ordered and installed and problem solved. With cars these days so many things can go wrong with scanner readings saying one thing, but the issue may be further downstream causing sensors to identify the wrong issue. The guys at Quality are really good and most importantly honest!! I highly recommend them.
