"Great customer service"
I received excellent service! Having just relocated from another state, I had just taken my car in for my state inspection and was surprised when the Service Manager told me that there was a recall on a certain part on my brakes. I bought my car about 9 months ago and my dealer back home never contacted me about the recall. I was very appreciative that he not only told me about the recall, but went out of his way to make sure they had the necessary part on hand, and fixed the issue right then and there. I will be happy to come back again.

"Had been a great service, beginning to cut corners"
I used to always enjoy bringing my car in for service because they were detailed and discussed what was going on with my car. The past 2 times I have brought my car in, I have begun questioning in they are performing all the tests I am paying for since no one comes in to review what is going on with my vehicle. I would have recommended before but now that is teetering.
